Winter dishes from around the world

You may have already felt a nip in the air in the mornings and evenings, meaning that the cooler autumn days will soon turn to those of winter. For the chefs and home cooks this means changing the menu to those dishes that provide more energy and keep us feeling warm.

This is the season to start thinking about making soups, casseroles and stews, as well as winter desserts. You probably have some tried and tested recipes that have been favourites for years, but we would like to invite you to try something new – winter recipes from around the world.

A Mexican winter
