For example, you can make either a smoothie or a breakfast bowl with the same ingredients: the only difference is in how you blend them. Let’s take a simple recipe as an example: our superfood Acai berries and a frozen banana can be blended with either coconut water or non-dairy milk and topped with fresh fruit and crunchy granola to make a breakfast bowl. We also have different types of granolas and mueslis so you can vary the toppings.
To make a smoothie with the same ingredients you can use a juice or non-dairy milk and blend it until it is ‘smooth’ and serve. The key difference is that the breakfast bowl has a thicker consistency and you can add granola, or similar to it.
